About this project
A representative ductless install in Park City. The home had a newly built upper-level addition with no existing ductwork, and the original central system couldn't reach the new zones efficiently. We installed a cold-climate-rated Mitsubishi Hyper-Heat 4-zone system that maintains full heating capacity down to -22°F — well past anything Park City sees in winter. Each zone controls independently, and the system pairs with the home's existing gas furnace as a hybrid for the lower level.
This project was completed as part of our Ductless Heating service.
