A representative commercial heating replacement in Orem. The existing rooftop units were 18 years old and starting to fail intermittently, with rising gas bills indicating efficiency loss. We phased the replacement across two weekends so the business never lost a workday — one rooftop unit replaced each weekend with portable backup heat available. Updated controls give the property manager scheduled setback for after-hours and weekends, projected to cut heating costs by 25–35%.
